Schools remain the owners and controllers of the information they upload, create or manage in SmartSchool360. MJG Technologies provides the SmartSchool360 platform to process that data on behalf of authorised schools.

SmartSchool360 does not sell school data, student data, parent data or teacher data. Data is used to provide, support, secure and improve the platform.

6. Responsible Security Reporting

We welcome responsible reporting of suspected vulnerabilities or security concerns. Reports should include enough detail to help us understand and investigate the issue.

Please do not attempt to access, download, modify or disclose data that does not belong to you. Security testing must not disrupt the platform, affect other users or compromise school information.
